Ok, I am about to purchase some ITR cams, while I am at it I am gonna install some cam gears.

So I need your input, as to what cam gears are the best bank for the buck?

 

cam gears are cam gears. some people are gonna bitch about AEM only having 3 bolts and can slip, blah,blah,blah!! ive had my AEM's for almost 3 years and no problems at all.

like i said. it doesnt matter which brand

 

I can co-sign for that gentlemen. Cam gears are camgears but some are lighter that others. Less weight is better

 

i voted for crower cam gears because i have them and they look cool..........asside from looking cool they have 4 locking ARP adjusting bolts

Spoon or Toda Skunk2's are the lightest out there that I know of.

 

will your car run faster with lighter cam gears since theres less rotational mass? Or does that only work for wheels?

i'm about to buy some cam gears very soon....the skunk2's are on sale for 180 shipped on jdmhondaparts.com. Thats a very good deal....should i go ahead and buy those? or is it worth it to pay up more for toda,jun or spoon gears?

 

Skunk2 works fine for me. 6 bolts to ensure no slippage.
