Default dented header (what to do?)

well i first had a megan racing jdm itr 4-1-1...i hit a major bump, dented the ever loving **** out of it and it knocked the flange off the block...(yes i hit that hard).

then i bought a dc jdm itr 4-1-1...i recently hit a very bad bump and caused a moderate dent in the 2 primaries near the collector (the first bend by the oil pan).

it's not as bad and doesn't leak...but how do i get the bends out? do i have to cut the bends out and weld new piping? i read on ht about somebody pulling them out...? how?

just fork out some dough and go to the muffler shop. they will just cut out the dent part and weld in another pipe.
