ex knuckles?

does anyone know if you can use the ex knuckles on an eg? Some one wants to buy mine and I was curious as to whether they would work.

The EG natively came with 10+" brakes, didn't they? Oh, and they probably wouldn't work without fabrication the same way EG knuckles won't work for us.
