Default b20/vtec+buddy club 4+01 type R=good times

all right guys i blew up my old b20 in febuary. i leaned it out super bad at upper revs and broke three pistons at the top ring land. well to make a long story short i rebuilt it better then ever. here is a little teaser pic. i am still breaking it in (i have about 600km on it right now) but it feels so much toruquer then my old setup. it should run pretty good. i will post some times/dyno sheets when i get that **** done(probably within a month or so)

SPECS:
b20b block
84.5mm 12.5:1 CP pistons
pr3 head
buddy club spec 4's
crower springs/retainers
skunk2 cam gears
anr full length header w/ merge collector
hondata s200
rc engineering 440cc injectors
mugen twin loop exhaust

What was your old setup? Just wondering if you think your stock sleeves will be able to handle the high revs you're going to be doing with the bc4s and high compression.

well i ahve thought about that and the thing with the buddy club 4 is that the lobes are so big that they will reduce cylinder pressure. if i had stock cams or something then i would have to worry about it. the BC 4's make power up until 9k so i think i will okay. time will tell......

Esentially the same motor as mine(before the itb's) except you have a bigger crank You should make some very nice #'s I hit 28 with mine back then.. I want to try that header as well, i hear it should give me about 6-8 more peak power at 9k.

It is not the cylinder pressure you have to worry about its the rpm and that could affect alot or your parts. I dont know what the recomended range of rpm there isfor the b20 motor but i wouldnt take it past 8500 without a girdle.
