one of my friends says that all b-series vtec exhaust cams are the same...meaning type r and b16 or gsr exhaust side is the same? is this true? we're just talking about the ctr intake cam makes a difference but he said that all b series vtec exhaust cam doesn't really make a difference...so it's useless to get the full set up of ctr cams...he saying that exhaust side, u should jus use stock since it's all the same...is this true? oh yeah...and this is in "performance" wise...

they are not exactly the same. a lot of people just do the intake cam for budget reasons. there is a thread on here somewhere about cam profiles.
