i just bought 14 nut/bolts to replace my half stripped ones due to bad tools or improper handling and it came out to be about $50!!!! why does it cost so much??? should i have just bought cheap sears replacements instead?

 

because they're strong as *****. don't buy cheap fasteners, they won't work right and could cause more damage.

 

YOu get what you pay for...

 

im sure you could find cheaper fasteners...price will remain about the same though
when just buying a couple of the same grade..

 

because acura has like 110% mark up on parts becasue its a acura i know a parts guy i usually get 50 percent off of list... go figure.
