i have a 1994 integra ls......an yesterday i got in it i turned the headlights on an my left turn signal stayed on.......i turned em off an on an its still there an when there off the left turn signal goes really slow...they uselly blink really fast so im not sure what it is....hopefully something simple

 

 

i have found for no apparent reason that when i have switched bulbs in the past the way they are set in effects the rate at which they flsh. as for the head lights....
