Default i just installed my FPR.... is this right ?

i just installed a B&M fuel pressure regulator and gauge . we installed the gauge first and it showed it was at 34 psi stock . is that about right with a b16 sir II ????

my mods are : aem intake , comptech header, catback exhaust, skunk2 intake manifold . im also running a ITR ECU . what should i set the psi on the regulator at ?
like i said before , it showed 34 psi at stock setting before we did the B&M fuel pressure regulator . thanks in advance .

just getting ready to do my fpr too. stock according to haynes (yea, i know, should be using helms) is 30-38 with vacuum attached and 40-48 w/o. i've read to start at 40 w/ vacuum attached if you just have bolt-ons and adjust down from there. i've also read that a couple people ran 40 and thought it was too high, so they knocked it down to like 37 and ran much better. let me know how yours goes and what you set it to. thanks.

with intake header and exhaust he should add a little more fuel you can try 48.. check your plugs after a couple of miles and of course famous butt dyno always works .. if you have a cat i dont suggest too rich..

yeah i also think i should wait till an experience tuner tunes it , along with other parts . we set it at 36 psi . originaly it was set at 34psi . wich i think either or is preatty low but i just dont wanna mess something up . thanks

my opinion, haynes says stock can range from 30-38 with vacuum and 40-48 without, so i'm gonna set mine at 37-38 with vacuum and 47-48 without. and personally i think its stupid to pay someone to dyno-tune your car to adjust an FPR.
