Default Help with ITR intake manifold on OBD0 b16a in CRX *searched*

As the title says, I am looking for some help installing an Integra Type-R intake manifold on my 1st-gen b16a in my 91 HF. There are a couple sensors that do not bolt-up to the ITR mani.

I believe the bigger (the one on the right in the pic) is the EGR valve, and I seem to remember reading somewhere that my ECU will throw a code if I don't hook that bad boy up.
The other sensor/valve is unknown to me, because my best guess is Fast Idle Valve, and I don't think that is what it is.

I have taken care of most everything else required for this upgrade, like the IACV, etc. I still need to get an ITR throttle cable bracket, though.

Any help from anyone who has done this intake manifold swap or has knowledge about how to do it will be much appreciated. edit: OR a link to a good write-up. I have searched everywhere that I know how to (google, HT, teamintegra, etc) and have come up with nothing, except one where a guy wasted time, money, and effort modifying an ITR mani for use on an LS engine.
Thanks in advance.

The thing on the right is the fitv. Cannot be used on the p73 intake manifold.

What's that part on the left? My car doesn't have that and is code free.

The itr throttle cable can also be used if you want a shorter cable.

You got it mixed up, the one on the right is the fast idle valve, the one on the left is the dashpot ( which you can toss ) . If you don't hook the fiacv back up, your idle basically never be high, in cold climates you need it.

Depending on what fuel rail you have (obd0 fuel rail ) you will need a newer one because the fuel regulator gets in the way.

Will I HAVE to use a different throttle cable than the one that is on my CRX right now?

OK, thanks again.
Is it absolutely required that I have the ITR throttle cable bracket?

I don't think so, the b16 bracket should work. I have a ctr engine in the garage, I'll take a look for you. I think the itr bracket won't work.

You know whats funny? I have both a B16B and a B18C5 and they both came with different throttle cable brackets.

I put a itr manifold on one of my 1st gen b16's, its easy, no big deal. You can rid of the old school emission crap with the newer manifold. I'm switching my itr intake back to a 2nd gen B16 (p30) manifold, it makes more power across the board on an all motor B16.

It could be because of the bracket is different. My suggestions, use what ever bracket from which ever throttle cable your using. If I recall correctly, the type R bracket goes more towards the driver side, where the b16 goes the other way.
