Default difference between 3rd/4th gen gsr? YES I SEARCHED!

is there any difference between the two cars besides the rims, and minor body differences? engine, transmission, suspension, all the same stuff? is there any particular reason i would want one over the other? thanks! oh by the way, i'm talking 94-97 and 98-01.

there are really no differences other than some slight body differences, wheels, and the fact that 96+ are obd2. lots of people prefer the 94-95 because they are obd1. everything else is pretty much the same.

http://www.team-integra.net <-look there. if you had searched better, you would have found that. don't forget the archives.

also, 94-01 are all 3rd gens. 4th gen is technically an RSX. just tryin to help a brotha out.

3rd generation is considered 94-01

4th gen would be a RSX

That wouldn't be 2 different generations......just different headlight and bumper styles.

also the airbag, interior, climate control, obd2, abs pump size, hatch latch below the rear emblem, 00-01 exhaust length...

is any of that stuff significant? what are the differences in the aforementioned updates? is obdII better than I for any reason? price is the main reason i'm thinking the older ones. if the performance is the same, is any of the other stuff significant? like airbags, more of them, better quality...? auto climate control in the new ones? abs pump, does that mean more pumps per second on the abs? hatch latch was just moved, right? exhaust length, does that affect power or throttle response at all? they'll drive the same right?
