I just bought myself a white 99 gsr...
Id like to know what is a nice looking % tint on a white gsr.. I really need the tint because the current tint is starting to turn purple.. shitty stuff I guess, and its really hot down here in Texas and the leather sometimes burns the **** outta me, and the tint should help that quite a bit...

there is 35 on my teggy .... old owner did it like 2 months before i bought it

i personally want to redo it 20 ...

 

thats what I was kinda thinking... 20% Im pretty sure thats what I have on my civic...
But Im just trying to get a few other opinions

 

i like no tint

 

20% all around. I hate the uneven look with the lighter front/dark rear most people do.

 

No tint. Go for the "Fish Bowl" look. Just my opinion.

 

I try and make my windows as clear as possible

*Only tint I would ever get is the JDM bronze

 

i say 35 but nothing lower than 20 maybe 15 if u feel the need because u wont be able to see out at night..def not anything above 35 especially nothin like 60...u mind as well not have tint at all if u have 60....in my state anything below 35 is illegal but cops dont bother you unless its 15 or under.

 

so with that in mind go 16%

 

yea go with 20%, or you can go all out like my dumb friend and tint your front windshield while your at it

yea man if you gone do it you gotta do it right. but he can get repair orders sighned off so he hasnt had to take the tint off yet and it s been on for a while now like 8 or 9 months. just take a look and see what you would be dealing with some real gangsta ****.

man blacked out tailights is what my brother wanted so thats what he did whether you like it or not you dont have to drive around with it on the car so shutup.
