Default Adjusting PSI of OMNIPOWER coilover

While taking apart my coilover today(replacing broken lower collar) i noticed the little flat head screw at the bottom of the damper. so i took it off and found a air hose connector . So my question is, does anybody here have experience with adjusting the PSI in OMNIPOWER coilovers? what are the perks of being able to adjust the PSI if any? and finnaly what is the factory PSI the damper should be at? If these are anything like my rockshox on my mountain bike, then it will be fun playing around with the psi at the track.
