I don't have the transmission from the car that the motor came from, but if you're using it in a 4G Civic or 2G CRX any d-series transmission will bolt up...I have an Si tranny that I can throw in, no grinds.

No, I was refering to the Si tranny of 88-91. The tranny will bolt to the motor but the tranny mounts are different. Plus it's cable where as yours is hydro.

I already got rid of the tranny. The motor comes with the following: intake manifold, throttle body, oil pan and of course the head and block. Basically everything but the exhaust manifold. No TPS and I dont have the ECU.
The motor came out of a 4G Civic so it has OBD0 injectors and the 4G Civic/2G CRX drivers side engine mount. So it'll drop right back into a 4G Civic/2G CRX.
Will consider shipping. I am from Mpls, MN.

Ex-DSM'er,
The motor will go into your car no problem, however the 88-91 crx si tranny will not go in without modifications.
You need a hydraulic tranny from a 92+ civic. I have one from a 98 civic ex for sale if you are interested. Drop me a line if ya want it. It had 18k miles on it when I bought the engine/tranny. I installed the engine in my 91 crx, but the tranny would not work, so i had to use my crx si tranny.
