Default proper lugs? whats going on?

ok i have a kiind of HUGE question to ask you...
recently, i bought and put a set of RSS Heisei rims on my car, a 1994 accord (ex). the wheels made a funny clicking noise when i drove on them, so i took the car, with the wheels on it, to gregg tire here where i live. they torqued the wheels to spec. and said i'd be ok. the noise didnt stop, so today (about 2 days later) i brought it back to them. first i was told it was probably spacers, but the guy checked it and said that the lugnuts were slowly stripping the studs/vice-versa. he called me tonight and said that seven of my studs were damaged beyond repair and the problem was because seven of the lug nuts i had used (all were tuner lugs) were 12mm x 1.25, and that i needed 12mm x 1.5 he said they'd charge me about $500 for the repairs needed. the thing is, the guy i bought the wheels from is a good friend of mine, and the lugnuts he gave me with the wheels were the ones he had on his car. (93 civic). heres the catch: the lugs he gave me are the same ones the guy at the tire place said were the right size, and he is 100 percent POSITIVE that they are 12 mm x 1.25 , which according to the guy at gregg is the wrong size, and is what "totally ruined " my studs .
i'm not letting gregg fix it kuz i have a mechanic who will do it for less than 200 bucks, but i want to look at it myself and have this other mechanic check it out too.
do you guys know what size lug nuts a 1994 honda accord EX really needs? (thread size). thanks so much for the help guys

(sorry its me again haha problem after problem.) (i also put this in general disscussion) thanks again

its all four studs on the right front wheel and one on each of the other wheels. its not just the lugs i have to replace or i would, but the car has factory spacers on the hubs that have bearings in them (on the front end) and to get them out you have to either press them or beat them out, typically ruining them too... thats what i can't do.
i did find it someone to do it cheap though; honda wanted to charge 800 bucks for it.
WEAK dealership jack-up...

yeah but its the way that the car is designed
apparently its only on like 94 accords, but the spacer on the front hubs, they're bolted into the rotor and to get everything fixed they have to press it all off and take the whole assembly apart then put it back together.
just my luck
