I bought a gsr, it came with tokico's on it.. I like them, it has a really nice comfortable right, and it seems to handle pretty well.

Im not sure about that, Ive never riden in a stock gsr... All I can say is that its VERY comfortable and going over bumps and stuff I dont really feel them at all.. Its a way better ride than any other car I have... including my old civic, 03 isuzu trooper, 02 toyota tundra, 93 altima..
sorry I cant help more

Had Tokico Illuminas on my LS,was a firm but comfortable ride. I've heard good and bad things about the Tokico Blues though.

depends on what you want to do w/ the car and how low you go. Tokico blues are great budget struts BUT they do not last long when you really lower the car. I've installed these on cars ranging from civics, preludes, tegs and even a maxima and the ride is great but for the ones that wanted them real low they only lasted about 6-7 months if that. The illuminas are adjustable and are def. great for the money. I have these on my '97 gsr that's used for auto-x and trackdays and have had no porblems. I also don't have my car slammed on the ground because i live in the stix and i'll scrape everywhere. I'll assume that because the illumina's are designed to take more abuse then the blues, they'll hold up better and lower stances. If you plan on going for a real low stance, save your money for the Koni yellows. They're a great strut.
