Bulbs in EH2 cluster same as EM1?

Bulbs in EH2 cluster same as EM1?
Seeing as the EM1 (99-00 Civic Si) came with amber lights in the cluster, can I swap these into my EH2 cluster? I've heard of swapping the light "condoms" but never just the bulbs so I'm guessing this is a no.

I did some searching around and it looks to me like the EM1 lights are different than the ones that come in the EH2 cluster. I just pulled everything apart and took a red sharpie to the bulbs, if I don't like it I can always just put stock bulbs back in. I'll get some pics as soon as I put the dash back in the car.
