They should work, unless they are 4x114.5 which I can't tell by eye.....But I can see that they say DA so you are fine to go.
You can use the stock LCA.

That is so Weird I have a 88 STD and i put on GSR Rear disc brakes, and im still keeping my LCA but the TOE is way off. I changed the Trailing arms and left the LCA they way they are. Its weird i know that in the 88 Ef's STD or HF CRX its different in the back suspension then the 89-91 ef's. Anyone on here has an 88 ef STD or HF CRX that has put on rear disc with no probs?

Use the std compensator arms and the toe problems can be corrected.

use your existing control arms and you'll be fine.

Those will work fine, better throw on some new rotors and pads while you are at it.

yes the arm that is at the oppsite end of the trailing arm than the rotor itself. the one from the DA is too long and it can onlt be adjusted so far. i used my stock arms from my 88 rex and they cam out perfect

Make sure you have the brake lines form an integra. I had to order the lines from NAPA, and then I had to order banjo bolts for them from Honda. But that was going into an EK, so yours might be different.

as said above, use your civic arms, and the trailing arm will bolt right up. The compensator arm is the little arm that bolts up to the front of the trailing arm, ahead of the rear wheel (where toe adjustments are made).

aside from getting new rotors, check the big trailing arm bushing. chances are, it needs to be replaced.
