Default Wrecked my car, dealer said it checked out, but hearing some bad noises

I rolled my car up onto it's side after going off the edge of a road the other night... you can read the whole story and see pics if you want at https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=118201

But here's my question... I took my car to Acura (I probably foolishly thought they'd know my car better than anyone else) and they checked my car out and did an alignment, made a few slight adjustments, and said everything checked out. They said I am very lucky that there is nothing broken or out of wack from that type of accident. I was leaving the lot and heard some funky noises from the front wheel, like marbles rattling in a tin can, so they put it back on the lift, took apart the calipar and rotor and found some small rocks that had gotten in there somewhere. It sounded fine after that. Later I drove it kind of hard to see if I could hear anything frunky sounding in the front suspension/wheel and discovered a grinding/scraping sound only when turning hard with a lot of down force, such as entering a parking lot incline or anything else that would compress the front end. I can't see anything hanging down rubbing the wheel in the fender-well and it sounds metallic anyway - and of course I have no idea if it's someething with the front shock/spring compressing that is making a noise, or what it is. Anyone have any ideas?

I know I probably just need to take it back to Acura, but I already spent $35 for a half-hour of labor, and $65 to do the complete alignment. Ouch. Any help or thoughts, highly appreciated!

check to see if you bumber cover is on all the way..
and all the plastic covering..
it could be rubbing somewhere..

slow

your suspension might be rubbing the inside of the tire too..

or you control arms might be hitting the fender since it is now smashed..

it may not hit at steadystate .. but when you load that corner.. it may it

yea very possible that your tire is rubbing your fender or the splashguard. right after my swap there was this god awful noise when i turned, it was my tire rubbing the inner fender cover. nothing a few zip ties couldnt fix

Thanks guys, you were right, the wheel was rubbing... I took out the plastic wheel-well liner and banged the fender back out and put everything back. No more rubbing.... now if I can just find a new fender!

well thats good..... glad to hear that it was plastic..
..BUT...

you should also look at your suspension parts...
and everything metal...
look for kinks.. cracks in the paint....
and other things that just don't look right..
