jdm headlight housing

ok i know the jdm housing uses H1 for the highbeam, so do i need to buy a H1 bulb and cut wires or still use the 9005's and cut wires or what?

JDM housing has a harness connector. All you need to do is cut out the 9005 plug and wire it to the harness on the headlight.
