ground control --- agx or koni...
i have been searching for like 3 hours now and i was wondering whether or not agx or koni yellow would be better for gc coilovers... i was also wondering what rates i should i have for daily with occasional auto-x, etc.. i was thinking 400f and 350r
go with Koni Yellow's. lifetime warranty no matter how modified the suspension.
the spring rates will depend on how you like to ride.

spring rate is all personal preference, try out that rate and if they are too soft/stiff you can always order some more, or check out the thread in the suspension forum lots of people selling used springs with diff rates at good prices
and I agree with ^^ if you can afford the koni's they are the better shock, but they are more expensive

Koni Yellow, They work well with the GC's besides the gc's are actually Eibach's.
We are running them on a few of our track cars, identical set ups on a few diff cars. check out my page, although at first the crx was daily but not anymore, it's just a track car now....http://www.stiphphab.com/jed_honthaner/
To drive daily, I wouldn't suggest it.
Or go to my page and click on "STIPH Racing" then "Jed Honthaner"

Don't know what your budget is like, but would Koni Reds get the job done (and for less)? They are adjustable too (just bound or rebound - one or the other, can't remember) and carry the same warranty.
you have to take the red's OFF the car to adjust them (as the dial is at the bottom of the shock)
or so that's what I am told
I wouldn't bother with that, no patience for that

Well, there is no dial. What you do is push the shock rod in all the way and adjust it there - its got like +/- 2 turns. There was a tool produced to aid in this effort though - basically a really long Allen key that you use to push the shock rod down while still having the shock mounted in the car (you just have to undo the tophat nut).
