springs or shocks problems? how to diagnose?

Default springs or shocks problems? how to diagnose?

i have a 92 eg. i bought the car lowered but it rides bumpier than any other car ive ever tried. even my bros coupe rides better and its lower. im wondering if anything is wrong w/ them or if they are super stiff. is there anyway to check? what do u guys suggest?

Could be a number of things. Any idea what the springs might be, if they have been cut, how low the car really is from stock, etc.? Are the shocks stock? On a used car that has already been lowered, it is always a crap shoot as to what has been done and if that was done well or poorly. I think you are on the right track with springs and shocks but it could be a function of either or both.

if it as coilovers then that is why it bumpier.
