Spoon front strut bar on crx????
i have a spoon front strut bar, and when i tried to put it on, the fuse box in the engine bay blocks the bar from being installed. HELP PLEASE! i wanna know if someone else has a spoon bar in there civic/crx and how they got it to fit. do i have to relocate the box or something????
Ya, u need to relocate, or take it off, then put it back on, once the bar is installed. Might have to reposition it a little... Is that the only thing getting in the way? Relocate anything in the way is my suggestion gl
Just remove the bolts to the fuse box, and put the black part of the strut bar under, then let it rest on the black part of the strut bar. that's what i did,and its fine...also, you might have to cut, or hit the skeleton on the under side of your hood, because the Spoon strut bar is for the JDM SiR model, where the hood had the hump to clear the B16 motor..so it might scratch / rub / ruin the nice polished part on the bar..i'm still dealing with this B.S. and i just keep polishing it
