Ground Controls OR H&R Springs

I got some ground controls for christmas, and I thought at the time that is what I wanted, but I have been rethinking my decision lately.
What do you think is the best for a daily driver/weekend autocrosser? The rates on my GC's are 400f/300r. Are the Ground Controls safe to ride on, since the adjustable perch is only tightened with an alan wrench? I have been hearing lately that the ride is bouncy, and I definately don't want that. I am going to get Koni Yellows regardless of the spring/coil I use with them, so I was wondering how much you could adjust the Koni's for height if you used them with just a normal spring like H&R OE or H&R Sports?
Please let me know what you guys think would be the safest, and best setup for me and the daily driving/autocrossing that I do?
Thanks in Advance,
Jon

Ive had both ground controls and skunk coilovers. The perch won't slip even if its not tightened. Don't worry about that. But the ride is crap compared to non-coilover springs. Just look at the diameter of the GC springs versus the h&r. h&r is way thicker. I just installed my apexi ws coilovers (theyre not the sleeve type). Ride is better than stock.

i loved my ground controls, if you are going to get koni's then i wouldnt worry about the quality of ride because that will all be taken care of because koni's are awesome shocks, you can always order some new custom spring rates for your coilovers from gc

So I should keep the ground controls then? I was just worried about the ride quality being bouncy, but I am getting the Koni shocks, so they should compensate right? My ground controls with the rates of 400f/300r will be much better than H&R springs for autocrossing anyway.
What do you guys think about getting the Neuspeed Koni Shocks opposed to getting the regular Koni Yellow's? The Neuspeed's are valved shorter, will this help with the higher spring rates that I have gotten for my GC's, or would it be good because sleeved coilovers have short springs and it would help that?
Thanks,
Jon

The limited edition ground controls come with the Koni adapter, and the spring rates are something very close to, if not exactly 350f/250r. You can, however get whatever spring rates you want when you order them from ground control. Just ask them questions about which rates would be best for your certain application and driving habits. You can get rates as stiff as like 1200, so you should be able to make the rates you choose fit your style very well.
