Okay, i got a 90 acura integra for $300. The body has no rust but the car had no motor too, i put a motor in. Anyways the car was originally red, the original owner sprayed flat black primer on it then sprayed clear coat on it. I sanded off the clearcoat and re primered it. Now what can i do to get a nice gloss black paintjob. Can it be done with cans? If so what steps should i take, thanks.

 

I'm not a paint expert but it sounds like you've got a lot of the prep done, your best bet would probably be to take it to a shop to get it sprayed, it will be cheaper since you've already done some of the work
