need help on seatbelt problem for DA......
anyone know why my seat belt light always comes on and it keeps on beeping..i mean i hooked up all the wires and all but it still beeps and the light still comes on... The seatbelt sliders works and slide in to place...any help please?
There was a recall issued concerning the automatic seatbelts in our DA's a while back. I'm not sure exactly what it covers, but I believe it might be worth a shot to call an Acura dealership and ask what it entails. They might be able to help.
Sounds like an electrical problem, though. And what do you mean "you hooked up all the wires"?

First of all if your callin the control box a "thingy" u probably shouldn’t be doin the work ur self
neway ur problem is probably electrical crap. U most likely got a wire r 2 mixed up; i had the same dilemma a while back. i no that when i disconnected my battery then hooked ‘er up again that shut her up for a while but, I finally had to take ‘er in 2 a shop and they messed around w the wires and it worked fine ever since that.
