Why did they put out k20 swap mounts for us, BUT NOT H SERIES MOUNTS!!!!!! I am pissed........ Where can I get some H series mounts????

Now that is your opinion. I think mostly b.c it's obvious the K power plant is the new thing now.

It's like me saying hasport sucks they don't have a hydro kit for my ef with a sohc !

SHHHHHH.....Its a serious question.... Why put out the K series swap but not for h series???? They have been saying H series for 2 years now...... But the bandwagon switched to k series,so whoila a k series kit... IMO a h swap is a little more feasible than a k series....I guess i am just pissed cause I have been waiting for awhile.....and no I dont think hasport products suck---I think there decision making does though.....

 

make your own, then make a lot of bank on your design.

 

most of the hasport guys are members of this forum, i doubt they will be big fans of your thread title, considering the service they do to the ef community.

the k20a2 gives a nice power output, not as much torque as the H, but very respectable for pretty close in price.

arent you always bragging about d-series, why the sudden switch to wanting a swap?

and why isnt this in general discussion?

 

A k series is too exspensive....... I am not saying the k20 isnt better--- i am saying they said a h series kit for 2 years....

 

k20a2 is not expensive. 3k for complete in a lot of places. thats not expensive.

whats the h22a? 2300-2400 depending where you go.

just weld that **** in there, enjo also makes a weld in mount kit for the H into an ef, ive never actually seen a pic of the kit, but i read there is one, which could be total bullshit.

You could always make your own.

I'm sure that there is some marketing reason for not making what you desire. Every company has limited engineer money and if you want to stay in business, you have to spend it where it counts. The fact that they have been an industry leader for as long as they have, leads me to believe that they know what will sell.
