Hi, I am a new user and have a bit of a problem. Please feel free to move this to an appropriate forum as soon as you read it and use e-mail or somthing else to communicate with me instead. I purschased a wings west rear lip for my Integra on here from the user "loud_whispers" and have not recieved it nor have I been in anyway able to contact him. Since I am a trial user on here, I can not PM him. If you can help me in anyway, it would be greatly appreciated!!!

how long ago did u purchase it?

 

Back around the end of January/first of Febuary. Everything was going well and he said he was ready to ship and was going to send me a tracking number and that was the end of his communication.

I filed a paypal complaint that just ended in my favour, but he does not have any money in his account that they can recover for me.

I don't know how paypal works, but you sent me the money. When i found out how much of a problem this was going to be, i emailed you right away asking you if you still want the wings west lip. I then went to my paypal account and seen NEGATIVE $150 in my account.. So i have to pay that money back.

I don't know if paypal took the money or you took it back. I do not know. Go ask paypal where the $150 went. All i know is that it's not in my account anymore, so therefore im not giving you a refund.. i would if the money was still in there. I seen the complaint you filed against me on paypal so im assuming you recieved the money back. So i don't know what your bitching for?

sorry, but if you were accused of being a scam artist after all of the **** i went through with this deal then you would be pretty pissed off too. Im just writing down what i would say to his face if i ever seen him. pretty screwed up that he would do this.

i saved the screen shot of my paypal account, so if anyone would be willing to host my image..then please email me, i'll send you the screenshot so it can be posted. I don't feel like going through the free hosting company's and setting up accounts, im tired from work and that's not what i feel like doing right now.

I hate scammers, and think it's one of the worst things someone can be called on HT, so it shouldn't be thown around lightly.

ok, I received the email with the file, but when I went to host it on we-todd, they said I'm not allowed to host .doc files
if you can send it to me again as a jpg file, let me know, and I'll host it....replied to your email.

as to others, from what I can tell it does show a refund.

 

man im for giving private sellers a little slack, but this dude doesnt know whats going on and he didnt put your name in the title. you could easily clear your name and not have to resort to looking terribly unprofessional, in regards to the first post, during a deal.

They are brand new...I'm going lsvtec and am going to get a itr water pump (21 teeth) so I wont need the non-vtec stuff I have laying around

that usually has a negative conatation............I don't and never would help a scammer, but we shouldn't make this the salem witch trials where one person calls another scammer and that's the end of it............both sides of the story should be heard and hopefully the truth will be learned

all in all..

i admit this whole deal was screwed up. mainly was my fault.
i was crucified for it by driving over 300 miles to pick up parts that were sent to the wrong people. spending money on gas and miles on my car.

so i made no profit out of this deal whatsoever.
i got really screwed. i screwed myself.

some people dont understand that.

and what really got to me is that this guy called me a scammer in front of this whole community. im not a scammer, im more honest than 99% of the people in this place.

any, i STILL HAVE THE WINGS WEST LIP.
