Ok Folks, what suspension set ups have you guys found to be most effective at gaining traction on your street car.
I currently have Type R rear LCA's and Tein HA's. Other than that there is not much. Tires are crappy Nitto Neo Gen's. (Worst tire ever)
Anyhow, I have zero traction in first or second gear regardless of how I take off or what speed I am traveling. Thanks for any input. No Traction on FWD and fast revving motors= NO FUN.

But that's no fun..... On a side note, I will be neptuned this upcoming Saturday. I am excited to see some of it's features up close and personal since you can't see them anywhere other than your local authorized dealer... No jab intended HRTuning... :-)
Bump for some more suspension advice.

lol, it just seems to unreal for the motor to be revving THAT fast.... But again, help me with some effective suspension mods.
Traction Bar and what else....

your tein's are fine there way stiff, traction bars will be a plus, as well as some GOOD tire and i think u will be happy....or u can try frame locks some say they work some dont, i have read some articles about this frame brace...

I wonder how much that piece weighs..... Hey why don't you adjust my Teins while your out there instead of surfing the net slacker. j/k Man it sucks being at the office on Easter.
I know u have been around for a while and prolly already know this and has been discussed tons but... LSD, traction bars, and personally if its that bad, I would run BFG drag radials on the street. If u dont want to run those fast wearing tires then run the falkien azenis sports. good luck man.

Thank you kindly sir. I have an OEM LSD, 4.7 final drive.
Maybe I can sacrifice turns with a pro drive spool. :-)
Is it possible to stuff some of these under the front fenders?

My bad on the gas thing. I put in $15 for you. Either way. It will cancel out the Xylene purchase you made for me. :-)

TRACTION for sure, the car is a track car driven on the streets once and a while...i just took it for a drive right now and i punched it in second and roasted them... poor car maybe we should drive it on slicks with skinnies on back

on the street, its not even 7" wide and you have 16's. You definitely need something wider then that.
But like Kendall said <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Kendall »</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Fat Bradstard is running about that much power with a 4.9 FD. He has absolutely nothing resembling traction.</TD></TR></TABLE>

have you tried a camber correcting kit like omnipower or skunk2? i'm assuming your car is lowered substantially and i think you will get better straight-line (overall) traction if you're able to correct your camber to near factory settings... when I put in the skunk2 camber kit for my DC2 and had it adjusted near factory camber specs the straightline traction was improved dramatically...

What do you use for tunning? Consider launch control, and find the sweet spot. Like for my car, anything above 2500RPM spins out while anything below 2200RPM will bog. So I set mine for 2300RPM. Depending on condition of the streets, my tires will spin just a little, grip, and just launch my car.
