all motor b16 help!
hello there, firstly, i have a b16a motor.. i just want you guys to help me on my project.
i already have: jun type2 camshaft, portflow retainers, portflow valvesprings, skunk2 camgears, supertech valves, alaniz competition headwork with pro chambers, itr intake manifold with spoon trottle body. im planning to have an arias 83mm stroker pistons. titatium rods, 89mm stroke oem honda crankshaft. <-- i think it came from b20.
im also planning to buy hondata s200.
so my questions are..
what (brand, part number) rods would you prefer for me? 5.394.
what injectors cc should i buy? ex. 440cc rc
what headers perfect for this set up?
any suggestions or comments?

Carillo, each one weighs 200 grams less than Eagle's do.

440 should be appropriate, in fact they might be a bit on the big side.

It's hard to determine what's going to be "perfect" for it without a good deal of experimentation, but in order to make the power you need to, plan on at least six or seven hundred bucks. AN-R and DTR will build headers for you, as will SMS and a few other people. You could go for the bling with something like a Toda, or shoot for baller status with a Hytech. There are many possibilities when it comes to headers and it's a decision you'll have to make for yourself.

sounds like you have yourself a mess!! take your engine to a machine shop and have everything clearanced, ballanced, and checked. you have so many mismatched parts. have your tuner size your injectors, and as for rods just find a light weight set and you will need customs if you use the b16 block.

Not with the pistons that Arias makes. The setup uses LS rods, but they need to be rebushed to accept a smaller wrist pin. The pistons use a much lower compression height and were designed exclusively for this setup.
