Waste of time, buy the correct linkage, or just cut and weld a stock bseries linkage.

i dont have pics, but basically it involes bending cutting and welding them. the stabilizer and shift rod are on opposite sides for the b series.. they ended up rubbing into each other.. basically... i just used it as a temporary until my b series came in...

they cost like $100... i would just buy them and save the trouble... the shifting felt shitty

I did this back in 98 with my 89 DX hatch. The motor was a 90 B16A. Basically the DX linkage was too short. So I cut the linkage and went to Home Depot and got a pipe about a foot long. I then placed the linkage on the car and measured where the pipe would need to be added. I put the linkage in on both sides of the pipe and shot screws all the way through on both sides (about 10 screws each side). Sounds ghetto but back in 98 I was in college and broke. I also used 90-93 Integra motor mounts and made the passenger side mount work with two 1/4" thick plates welded to the frame. The linkage would have probably worked better if we welded it but never gave out. I've long since sold the car but it's still on there if you need a pic I'll try to get you one. The shifter went through NA with the B16A with bolt ons, later I turbo'd the B16A @ 260HP, and now is NA again with cam's and bolt on's with no problem whatsoever.
