whats involed in replacing a 96-00 civic raditor support?

Pulling off the bumper, drilling out a few welds, and aligning the new one so the bumper fits correctly.

you could bolt it back on but that is a temprorary solution till you get it to a shop to weld it for you

You really dont need any welding skills to weld it back on. It's only spot welds and you cant really see them when it's all back together so they dont need to be perfect.
