B16 S2S2 SETUP. DYNO TEST RESULTS.
RED(old setup):
B16a Gen2
ITR tranny
ITR camshafts*
CTR pistons(std)
STR camgears
Spoon headgasket
Iceman intake
HKS air filter
DC 4-1 headers w custom 2.5" pipes
Spoon N1 exhaust
P30 w skunk2 chip*
VAFC*
Max Power=159.0
Max Torque=111.9
BLUE(current setup):
S2S2 Camshafts
Omni valvesprings
Omni retainers
Hondata Stage3
Max Power=161.0
Max Torque=110.5
*parts replaced/removed

Peak hp and torque arent impressive at all. So yes i was very dissappointed. And the two lines were almost identical until the its peak at 8000RPM.
But at 8900RPM:
RED: 152.3whp
89.8ft/lbs
BLUE: 143.0whp
84.3ft/lbs
So basically the S2S2 cams just gave me a longer powerband without increasing peak hp or torque
My best time with the old setup is 13.8@97. This weekend ill be running it again. I hope this $1000 upgrade will at least help me improve my 1320.
