Default Spoon BUILT B18 question.

yes i have searched but nothing came out to be the exact info im looking for, and if you search to and find what i didnt post it up then! BUT i wanted to find out what the Spoon built B-series motors were putting out in terms of Horse power and Torque? thanks.

Pretty much the same as you would expect from a stock Type-R.

160whp-170whp. Then plus whatever it is you add in terms of bolt-ons and tuning

Before anybody bitches about how SPoon sux, you have to remember this is a brand new shortblock/longblock ..... about the same price as you would pick up from Acura.... plus they are built for endurance racing....

the one i saw a pic of..from their HQ's in Japanhad itb's and a pretty crazy looking header plus cams and gears...i know its putting down more than a stock type r.....no matter what its built for the thing had some deffinet power making mods

AHHHH im not ******* talking about the blocks you can gewt from inline four and ****.....look at the pics above and tell me thats not putting more power than stock!

It's anybody's guess since this motor was never offered to the general public...

You'd probably get the same response if you asked this question in a Japanese forum....

We don't even know what compression it's on..... what cams....? What displacement?

Next time I'm at Spoon, I'll find out for you tho.....
