I don't know what you are asking. Depending on your transmission, you with have high cruising rpms. Example, when I cruise from Ft. Lauderdale to Orlando, I go about 84 mph and I'm at ~4150 rpm.

What do you mean by 5th gear is gone? Does it not go into 5th gear? Can the gear or snychro be messed up for 5th gear?

The diffrence between 4th and 5th gear are small. So expect 4000rpms in 120km/h at 5th gear.

it shift into 5th gear but it feel like i'm still in 4th gear. when the rpm reach like 4k i'm going around 65 and i can't going any faster otherwise the rpm would keep rising while i'm going nowhere
