d16z6 camshaft in a d16y8

Could you use a d16z6 camshaft in a y8 cylinder head? or the rockerarm assembely?

you can put the cam in i know but you'll want to get an adjustable cam gear because you'll need to advance or retard the timing by 4 degrees i'm not sure which one though
