Compression ration for stock b20b/z with 1st gen b16 head?

Default Compression ration for stock b20b/z with 1st gen b16 head?

I did a search but I did'nt really find the answer.
One post I came across said it would be around 9.0:1 or something like that
is that right?

So with a two layer head gasket will i have to mod the valve reliefs if I am using ctr cams.
