portflow valvetrain
hondata for ecu

possibly a clutch and flywheel....

eagle rods work well if you plan on revving the motor high for longer periods of time...

have your pr4 rods shotpeened. and use arp rod bolts. as well as arp head studs .use like 81.25mm or 81.5mm p30s pistons. the jg 301s are very nice cams and can be used with stock valvetrain and be taken to stock rev limit daily and be reliable .use a stock ecu tune it with uberdata to keep costs down .use a b16 or gsr tranny and lightweight flywheel and maybe an exedy stage 1 clutch.

what is the size of the holley tb?

sweet, thanks alot guys, and the TB is 62mm, so you guys think oversized is the way to go for pistons, seeing as I have stock bore size I was just gonna throw them in, and if I did want to go above stock rev, I should get different valves and springs and retainers?
thanks again guys, you are all a real great help

go with oversize pistons yes that way you have fresh cylinder wall and your sure its perfectly round and that throttle body is the perfect size

instead of a skunk manifold you might want to look into aebs wich to my experiance is about as good and way cheaper

you also might want to pick up a js racing style intake from http://www.passwordjdm.com i have one and it works amazing a little loud along with a aebs intake manifold and ported head though lol

good luck with your build it is almost exactly the same as my first build

hey LG R32, thanks alot man, you are a great help, I really appreciate it. I will look into all those things you suggested, thanks again, and by any chance, would you know if stock fuel parts are good or should I invest in new pump and injectors and fuel rail, and if so what should I get? and LG, what did your first build put out, or was in never dynoed?

h23 injectors are good to have to preven you form running lean and they are cheap and 285cc while yours is 240cc i also used a b&m fuel pressure regulator

my first build made 152 whp with almost the same as your setup but you have a little more than i did i think

for any more questions come to http://www.nonvtec.com there are alot of guys that can help ou there
