my civic was broken into and stolen when i was in basic traning and they stole my head unit that didnt even work .. but anyway .. in the process they ripped out my alarm system and in the process of them doing that some how now my car wont even start .. it wont turn over at all .. i turn the key and it just clicks .. i mean the batt. is fine everything else works .. it just wont start .. or attempt to start.. any suggestions on what they did .. or how to fix it .. or should i jus take it to a honda dealer( which im trying to avoid cause they will charge me an arm and a leg ) .. so can anybody help

 

check your ignition wires... Usually it gets spliced into for ignition kill which is exactly what its doing.. Either figure out whats wrong with the alarm and hook it all back up so it funtions or see which wire they spliced and hook it back up so its one peice... Try this.. turn your key on and try and push start your car.. if it starts then its what I listed above

 

so if it starts when i push started then they spliced my wires? .. hey could it also be jus the alternator?

 

turn your key on to "on" position (so you have dash lights and stuff) Push start the car.. if it starts that means you have an igition kill.. Go do that come back and let me know if it starts.. i'll direct you from there

 

when you say CLICK is it comming from the starter by chance?
