alright, the accord euro r and accord type r were not deisnged to be a straight line car, just like the integra type r...so it's straight line performance isn't its stand out feature...but expect mid-high 14 second passes (somewhere around 14.7ish) ...their true character comes out though when you get the car on a road course or twisting road where it's exceptionally balanced and handles remarkably well, while still maintaning a very comfortable and reasonable ride...

Your numbers are off on the hybrid, and it is a completely different platform for the hybrid inspire than the euro accord. Further, it is the torque on the hybrid that owns.

the hp on the us accord hybrid is
3.0L 240 (on 87 octane)
electric motor 15hp
Total HP output 255HP.
It is my understanding that the ECU in the 7th gen cars is of the "learning type" it senses the octane of the fuel through various engine readings and adjust accordingly. There were people that did dyno runs on the old accordv6 page that estimated 265 when running 91+ octane fuel.
