b20 only tells us your using a b20 block. What head are you using, it should be pretty much the same, depending on what head your using ( obd0, obd1, or obd2 )

 

no. search mpfi swap archived or better yet there is a thread at the top of this forum called faq that has some good mpfi write ups and links.

Yep then its the same, well depending on what ecu your using.
