One on my tailight is cracked

Water did get inside the tailight and washed up the White/Gray Paint inside of the lens , so now its all clear(look like crap compare too all my other taillights.

I did remove the whole assembly. Is there a way to Remove the whole lens from the housing?

I want to paint the inside again... and seal the crack...
