I just came across an Ansa Axleback exhaust off of ebay for an EF. Has anyone ever heard of this exhaust? And does it have a quiet tone?

Where did you get the magnaflow muffler from?

 

i have the ansa axle back exhaust....its too quite. so im selling it. it fits nice and it looks good tho.

Yeah but the other person is selling his, if you were selling an exhaust would you advertise it as being really loud ? Me being an honest person would but I don't know about others

 

i wouldnt lie about that. i want my exhaust to make some kind of noise, just not raspy. but im gettin rid of mine because it sounds just like my stock exhaust.

 

How does it sound on the car? Like bees?

I'm looking for something that has a little bit of sound, but looks relatively stock. I'm running a b16a with a header, hi-flow, and 2.5" piping to a stock muffler, and the stock exhaust is restricting a lot right now

What else do you have done though ?

 

I just checked out a 2.25 Turbo Oval Muffler from kteller.com... anyone know how loud this exhaust is?

How big is the piping underneeth the car though ?

 

not sure...its small tho, i know thats prolly why my exhaust is quiet. the guy was just curious about the exhaust, so i was telling him about my experience with it... thats all

 

Yea, I've actually decided in buying the Thermal R&D exhaust, I've heard a lot of good things about it, and I've heard it's not loud at low RPMs but sounds great at WOT.
