Default RE: Suspension Upgrade Questions

Hi I have a 2000 Integra SE and I am in the progress of doing some suspension upgrades. I already have a set of H&R sport Springs installed (about 1.5" drop all around)with the skunk2 adjustable upper control arms. I have bought a Type R Rear Sway bar with everything needed to install. I was also looking at getting the Type R front Sway Bar..Would this be of any advantage to me???? I was also wondering if anyone has the same setup and which struts they are using..or if anyone could recommend the best strust for this setup...in any price range....by the way the roads in my city are Terrible..if that makes a difference...Thanks

I hope you got a reinforcement kit? ITR rear bars have a reputation for ripping out subframes.

You could keep your existing front bar, it depends on how loose you want your rear end. Without an ITR front bar (or one close in size to it) the rear end could become a handful. On the track, no biggie, you can get used to it, but when trying to avoid the average idiot driver on public roads you might want a less wag-happy setup.

I was wondering why I would want a smaller sway bar..your reasoning behind that?..I have the smallest sway bar of all the integra's now...and they say that the type R sway bar upgrade is a great suspension upgrade for my car, eliminates alot of the body roll.

depends on what u like, i like oversteer.
larger front sway bar = more understeer.
i also have the smallest front sway bar out of all the integras, i like it like that, stock 22mm front and the itr 22mm rear...
get some stiffer springs to eliminate body roll...but it all depends on what u want
