how much boost
how much boost is it safe to run on an 96 h22a motorand which one is btter turbo or supercharger for a daily driven car looking around 260-270whp.thanx
i wouldn't run more than 7-8 psi on the stock internals, and even that's pushing it...with the high 10.4:1 or 10.6:1 compression, high boost levels will be harder to tune properly and safely...of course, if you do it right, you can probably make this safe and make your 260-270 whp goal, with few other mods...just make sure that you don't cheap out when it comes to tuning and you'll be fine...
also, i don't think any of the supercharger kits for the h22 will work with the accord...the jackson racing kit will have clearance issues with the firewall, and i'm not sure if anyone else makes a kit for the h22??? but if they did, i'd think a supercharger would be a safer way of boosting your h22...

300 whp wouldn't last long with stock paper thin sleeve that true for f and h motor
turbo because it would be cheaper and faster
and yeah, JRSC wouln't clear swapped h22 in accord, but you could always cut the firewall not exactly good for the unibody but you can if you swore by SC.
but you'll ended up not making as much output vs. a turbo at the same boost level, assuming the turbo kit is intercooled
