Default leather quality

is the leather that in the integra the same as the one in the tl(in terms of quality). Just wondering b/c my leahter already lookin bad and it aint to old. And ive noticed that tl leather looks better!! im startin to think integra leather quality is bad b/c ive seen older cars leather look better; like my moms it is 8 years old and no conditions it or anything and it still looks good(its an infinite)

yea i condition mine almost every day, and it's not soft at all. TL is defintealy differnret quality leather. I put 2000 integra leather in mine. because mine came stock with cloth, so i did a full leather swap out of a 2000 GSR.

my '95 came w/ leather making it about 7 years old, and it is comparable to 2001 integra leather.. i condition in everyother day and have dark tint and a windshied visor thing wherever i go.. it looks new... so i'd advise just take care of it better, and avoid at all costs leaving it in the sun

I have the tan leather and it holds up well. I always thought the TL/CL had better seats, but I think the Gray and tan leather is better than the black Integra leather.

I dont know....I've got the black leather and it doesnt give me any problems. Hardly any maintenance at all...i just condition it once every couple of months and it still looks as good as the day I got it over a year ago.

If your leather has seen better days, you can get a reconditioning kit.

It comes with color matched dye, to remove any fading. It also acts as a filler for any scuffs. They also come with some heavy duty leather conditioner that is designed to soften stiff and stuborn leather.

after my 95 seats got stolen.. i got the 98 seats w/ the tilt controls and supposedly better leather and the wrinkled look.. anyway i condition my seats about every week or every 2 weeks and they seem to be holding up well.. the only part that wore on both my 95 seats and my replacement 98 seats is the side bolsters... i use Lexol leather cleaner/conditioner and it does a good job.. if only the side bolsters didnt show wear they would look pefect..
