My horn will NOT work at all I have checked all connections all the grounds are good and all positive leads before the steering wheel are good. I already put in a new cable reel and I have cleaned the connections inside the steering wheel. The horn works it was tested by hooking it straight tto the battery. Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

When you say all the grounds are connected . . . kind of threw me off.
i could be wrong but I think the horn is a negative trigger. Meaning when you push the horn a close the loop . . . it actually grounds the loop, instead of giving it the 12v you think its suppose to do. make sure when you "grounded everything, you didn't short a wire. check fuses and such.
