which clutch is better
just blew my tranny out and im trying to buy a b18b tanny cuz im spraying but what clutch is better ACT or Competition? i just want to know which one i should go with

yeah i bought a competition clutch for my '01 dc2..i was told that it's the previous owner of clutchmaster who started Comp. after selling CM

ANy of the above are fine. Just make sure you don't get more of a clutch than you need. If you aren't making over 200whp than an ACT Street/Strip clutch (full face clutch) and a Heavy Duty pressure plate will work fine. I've had mine for close to 5 years and it still grips hard if I launch or drive hard.
Too many people get these extreme pp's with 4-6 puck clutches that don't really need it. The SS/HD combo is great for everyday driving and track use.
Check out each website and see what they recommend for your application and power output. Make your decision on what type of clutch you need and then pick the brand that you like best.
