Default b18c1 flat vtec!

well i have a ls swapped with a jdm b18c1 it has a skunk i\m and the gasket leaks, so i have a huge vaccum leak it is runnin on a uberdata chipped p28 with disabled knock and o2! ne way the probleme is when it goes to cross vtec it falls flat almost like it is redlining. i have x over set at 5000 so once it hits 5000 it just goes "limp". so far i have went threw my wiring and all is good also i cleaned the solenoid and both times no luck! so what u think it is?

basically vtec does not work there is no wiring problemes! it is not the ecu cuz we have tried diff. ones and the soleniod is clean!

what im asking is why in the hell will vtec not engag and when it hits 5000rpm's and vtec is supposed to x over does it just redline?

post edited! and im sorry bout the grammar but it was 3 in the morning here and i was ready to pass out! and yes the check engine lighr is on but that is after it has ran for like 5-10 minutes and that is more than likely due to the dissabled o2 scensor.

instead of saying what your cel "most likely" is, why don't you check it and find out...unless you can read your cars mind...

1. you can check codes while it is running.
2. who the hell needs a "fuking" graphic scanner? use an effing paper clip
bonus. i wouldn't advise being a smart *** to people who know more than you...especially when asking for help.

did you just graduate from elementary school?.. If so, way to go buddy. It's always good to see a 6th-7th grader so into cars, when they can't even drive yet. Keep it up.

ok **** face it is on stand alone and im not a smart *** and who is to say u know more than me i know u can fukin check the code while it is running but i also herd it can fukin ruin the computer and i would rather not ruin my computer so there fore i would use a graphic scanner to check the fuking codes!

if anyone has something useful to add it would be nice if ur gonna be a damn e-thug and act hardcore on h-t save yourself the time!

You should probly installed your sensors back on. After that get that vaccum leak fixed because wyou will for sure loose power with that especialy with that Vtec pulling more air. Same thing happen with my non-vtec civic I used to have.

bitching and swearing because i gave you your answer makes you a smart ***....nobody is being the "ethug" other than you.

if you're worried about the o2 sensor code, why don't you buy/make an o2 simulator?
