Look in the classified or the advertiser's forums. Always good deals to be found on either new or used parts. As far as brand, I'd stick to a well-known name like DC, Greddy, or Apexi.

its header, with no s.
a d series header is easy to come by. as someone mentioned, if you're seriously looking for hp gains, get a known brand. there are TONS of remakes for d series that claim obnoxious gains. they lie.
