Default Test Pipe Question

I'm looking into purchasing an Omni Power test pipe and just wanted a little more info on them. I've heard people say that they are adjustable but what exactly does that mean? What is the difference between the JDM ones and the USDM ones? I have a 94 jdm gsr in my 92 cx hatch and was just wondering which would I would need for my setup. It has stock header with tanabe 60mm exhaust. What one would I need? Civic or Integra? Jdm or USDM? Sorry for such a long post but I'm at a loss and need some help, thanks
